La Ronciere Licanten Merlot, Curico 2017

The grapes come from our vineyard Idahue, located in Licantén, 25 km. from the Pacific Ocean and next to the Mataquito River. A handpicked harvest and a later selection of the best bunches was carried out.

The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, 26-28 °C for seven days, and then continued with a maceration process for another 30 days. Finally, it was stored in French oak barrels for 10 months and then bottled.

Perfect wine to be drunk and and with calm, because in addition to its generous and deep red color, it has volume and muscle in the mouth accompanied by a natural acidity and structure, which swing perfectly. This is a fantastic wine from the Chilean coast.
