The grapes come from our vineyard Idahue, located in Licantén, 25 km. from the Pacific Ocean and next to the Mataquito River. A handpicked harvest and a later selection of the best bunches was carried out.
The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, 26-28 °C for seven days, and then continued with a maceration process for another 30 days. Finally, it was stored in French oak barrels for 10 months and then bottled.
Wine of great aromatic intensity, intensive notes of black fruits like plum and some notes of bitter chocolate and coffee. On the palate is round and with great volume. The tannins are round, juicy and soft. It has long finish and invites you to continue drinking.
